  • ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines (for Spanish, French, and Italian)
     
  • CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) (for all languages taught) A1-C3

Policies

All language classes, workshops, clubs, tutoring, preparation for tests etc. should be paid in full before we start.  We require a minimum of 24 hours written notice.  A NO SHOW results in the full charge of the class. The instructor will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for the student (s) to show up.  After that time, the instructor will not wait any longer (unless you have reached out to us to let us know you will be late).  Once the lessons or other has began, payment is NON- REFUNDABLE.  If you are tardy for class, it will still end at the designated time.


We understand that things happen, and If for some reason you need to try to reschedule a class, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to work with you.  However, know that due to difficulties of setting up the different schedules worldwide -with different time zones-, we might not be able to reschedule, and you will be charged for the class.
